What is collected

When you write to ALGS: your name, your email, your company if you give it, and your message. They are used only to reply to you and follow up on our exchange.

When you book a call (once the calendar is on): the time slot and the details you enter in Cal.com.

When you subscribe (once the newsletter is on): your email, to send new articles. One-click unsubscribe in every email.

The checklist collects nothing: your answers stay in your browser.

Audience measurement

Cloudflare Web Analytics, with no cookies and no individual identification: visits and page views, nothing more.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies. It only remembers your light or dark theme choice in your browser. The Cal.com calendar loads only if you click to show it.

Processors

Hosting: Cloudflare. Form: Tally. Calendar: Cal.com. Newsletter: Buttondown. Some are based outside the European Union; those transfers rely on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Retention

Email exchanges: three years after the last contact, unless an ongoing engagement needs longer. Subscription: until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion or portability of your data, or object to its use, by writing to algs.consulting@gmail.com. Reply within one month. You can also complain to the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
